Talents Matching Meeting for Semiconduct

On the afternoon of March
20, 2015, Chen Hua, the Deputy Director of Hefei State Hi-techIndustry
Development Zone, hosted the Talents Matching Meeting of Semiconductor Industry.
Tao Hong, the President of HFSID and Ding Qiming, the Head of the High&New
Technology Department of Hefei Development and Reform Commission, attended the
meeting. Representatives from China University of Science and
Technology, Hefei University of
Technology, Anhui University etc. as well as the representatives from semiconductor
industry companies were invited to attend the meeting. In the meeting, the
representatives introduced the statement about the talent requirementand talent
training. Chen Hua said “the human resourceisan important fact for the semiconductor
industry development, which not only depend on the knowledge obtainedfrom the
university but also need to practice in the enterprises. We need to establish a platform between the university and enterprises
and to push their communication.” Tao Hong stated that HFSID would focus on the
service in this year and HFSID would strengthen the communication with the
enterprises and supply the service for them in time.
