During
July 24 to July 25, 2014, Vice Mayor of Hefei Municipal Government Wang Xiang
investigated into Shanghai ICC, accompanied by Deputy Secretary-general of
Hefei Municipal Government Qi Wei, Director of Hefei Municipal Bureau of
Science and Technology Zhu Che, Deputy Secretary of Hefei Development and
Reform Committee Zhu Shengli, President of Hefei Consortium Integrated Circuits
Technology Innovation and President of HFSID.
Wang
Xiang visited Synopsys (Shanghai) at first and met with Ge Qun, GM of Synopsys
(China). Wang Xiang stated that Synopsys is a leader in EDA and semiconductor IP
in the world and pays close attention to Hefei’s IC industry, and wish Synopsys
would make contribution to the construction of Hefei’ ICC.
On
July 25, 2014 Wang Xiang Visited Shanghai ICC. Director of Shanghai ICC Zhang
li introduced the building progress, service scope, operating system and achievement
of Shanghai ICC to Wang Xiang. Wang Xiang praised the achievement that Shanghai
ICC has obtained and hoped Hefei could enhance cooperation with Shanghai in
building ICC, especially in aspects like MPW, IC testing, EDA tools support, Soc
hardware-driven verification and RFID testing
