During March 18th
to March 20th of 2014, SEMICON China 2014 was held by SEMI and CECC
at Shanghai New International Expo Center. Tao Hong, President of HFSID was
invited to attend the conference and had a close communication with the
attendees.
Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International (SEMI) is a global industry association
of companies that provide equipment, materials and services for the manufacture
of semiconductors, photovoltaic panels, LED and flat panel displays,
micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS), and related micro and nano-technologies.
SEMI was founded in 1970 and has
offices in Austin, Beijing, Brussels, Hsinchu, Moscow, San Jose (Calif.),
Seoul, Shanghai, Singapore, Tokyo and Washington, D.C.
SEMI
China is the subsidiary of SEMI and dedicates to promote the development of IC,
FPD, photovoltaic panel and LED industries in China, and also serve a bridge of
exchange and cooperation between China and the global.
