On March 13, 2014, Autochip (Hefei)
Inc.-the subsidiary of MediaTek held an opening ceremony at Hefei. Deputy
Director of Hefei Hi-tech Industry Development Zone Jin Gang and delegators
from Economic and Trade Bureau and Investment Promotion Bureau of Hefei Hi-tech
Industry Development Zone attended the opening ceremony. Tao Hong, the
president of HFSID was invited to attend the opening ceremony as well.
Autochips (Hefei) Inc. is the world
leading IC design company MediaTek owned subsidiary and a China fabless
semiconductor company and engages in research and design of automotive media
and navigation chips. It is anticipated that the annual revenue of Autochips (Hefei)
Inc. will break 300 million yuan in 2014.
