CASPA Visited Hefei

On March 27, 2013, a delegation from Chinese American
Semiconductor Professional Association paid a visit to Hefei at the invitation
of Hefei Consortium of Integrated Circuits Technology Innovation. Secretary of
Hefei Municipal Committee of the CPC Wu Cunrong met with the delegation. The
Delegation of CASPA visited Hefei Hi-tech Industry Development Zone, Institute
of Advanced Technology of USTC and China Electronics Technology Group No. 38
Institute etc. successively. Besides, a seminar was held between CASPA, Hi-tech
Industry Development Zone and IC companies from Hefei. Afterwards, CASPA and
Hefei Consortium of Integrated Circuits Technology Innovation signed a strategic
agreement aiming to strengthen cooperation and cooperate together to boost the
development of Hefei’s IC industry.
Founded in 1991,
CASPA has developed into the largest Chinese American semiconductor
professional organization worldwide. It is an officially registered non-profit
organization.Currently CASPA has
more than four thousand individual members covering multiple
disciplines. Most of them are semiconductor professionals working in Silicon
Valley, Southern California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Texas, New York,
China, Taiwan, and Singapore.
