On the afternoon
of September 1, 2015, the ceremony of Hefei
Core Storage Electronic Ltd. donating scholarship to Hefei University of
Technology was held at the Second Meeting Room of Academic Conference Center in
Hefei University of Technology. Liu Zhifeng, Vice President of Hefei University
of Technology, Chen Hua, Deputy Director of Hefei Hi-tech Industry Development
Zone Administrative Commission, Liang Guohua, Dean of School of
Microelectronics of Hefei University of Technology, K. S. Pua, Chairman of
Phison Electronics Corp., Steven Wang, GM of Hefei Core Storage Electronic Ltd.,
Tao Hong, President of HFSID and other leaders attended the donation ceremony.
On the ceremony, a
scholarship donation agreement was signed by Hefei Core Storage Electronic Ltd.
and School of Microelectronics of Hefei University of Technology. Under the
agreement, Hefei Core Storage Electronic Ltd. will donate 500,000 yuan to
School of Microelectronics of Hefei University of Technology as scholarship to
award excellent students who major in IC disciplines.
K. S. Pau highly
praised Hefei University of Technology graduates who works in Phison
Electronics (Hefei) Corp. now and hoped more and more outstanding Hefei
University of Technology graduates could work for Hefei Core Storage Electronic
Ltd. in the future. Besides, K. S. Pau also looked forward to cooperating
further with Hefei University of Technology in projects cooperation and student
training. Liu Zhifeng expressed his thanks to Hefei Core Storage Electronic
Ltd. and expected that a university-enterprise cooperation platform could be
built through this donation in order to further deepen the cooperation to jointly
promote the development of Hefei’s IC industry.
