During
November 10 to 12 ,2015, a delegation headed by Ding Wenwu, GM of National IC
Industry Investment Corporation and Gao Songtao, Executive Vice President of
Sino IC Capital Co., LTD visited Hefei to investigate the local IC industries.
On the morning
of November 10th, Niu Nutao, Director of Anhui Provincial Economic and Information Commission and Cao
Xiaobing, Vice Deputy of Anhui Provincial Economic and Information Commission met with the
delegation to discuss the possibility of the cooperation between the National
Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund and Anhui. Before the meeting, the delegation
paid a visit to Hefei Hi-tech Industry Development Zone and met with Song
Daojun, Secretary of Hefei Hi-tech Industry Development Zone Committee of the
CPC and concurrently the Deputy Director of Hefei Hi-tech Industry Development
Zone and Zhu Shengli, Deputy Director of Hefei Development and Reform
Commission.
The delegation of Sino IC Capital had a deep
investigation on Hefei’s local IC design companies. The delegation conducted
conferences with more than 10 local IC design companies including Lontium Semiconductor
Corporation, Anhui Chuanxi Microelectronics Corporation and Hefei Xincomm
Cooperation etc. to investigate the current status, future plan and capital
demand of Hefei’s IC design companies. Besides, the delegation also paid a
visit to the No.38 Research Institution of CETC and met with Chen Xinping, Director
of the No.38 Research Institution of CETC and Hong Yi, Chief Engineer of the No.38
Research Institution of CETC during the visit.
The State
Council issued the National Integrated Circuit Industry Development Outline and
Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and Ministry of Finance jointly
established the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund on the
year of 2015. The National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund is
initiated by China Development Bank Capital, China Tobacco, China Mobile,
Shanghai Guo Sheng Group, CETC, Sino Capital and other companies and Sino IC
Capital is the management organization of the National Integrated Circuit
Industry Investment Fund. The investigation which is conducted by National IC
Industry Investment Corporation and Sino IC Capital will play an important role
to the future cooperation between the National Integrated Circuit Industry
Investment Fund and Hefei.
