2015 Annual Conference & Tianjin IC Industry Innovation and Development
Summit was in Tianjin Meijing Convention Center, Tianjin. The annual conference
was supported by National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of
Industry and Information Technology of China and Ministry of Science and
Technology of China, and co-held by China Semiconductor Industry Association,
Tianjin Municipal Science and Technology Committee and Expert Group of National
Science and Technology Major Project. More than 1500 attendees from governmental
departments, IC companies, industry associations, investment agents and other
circles attended the annual conference.
On the opening ceremony, He Shushan, Vice Mayor of
Tianjin Municipal Government, Xu Xiaotian, Executive Deputy Director of China
Semiconductor Industry Association,Peng Hongbing, Deputy Director of Department of Electronics
and Information of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China and
Ding Wenwu, GM of National IC Industry Fund Co., Ltd gave their opening address
respectively.
On the conference, Prof. Wei Shaojun, General Director of
China Semiconductor Industry Association IC Design Branch delivered a speech named
“Opening, Collaborating and Win-Win” at first. According to his report, the
total sales of China’s mainland IC design companies will reach 123.416 billion
yuan by the end of 2015, which will increase 25 per cent comparing to that of
2014, and will occupy 32.29 per cent of global IC design company’s sales while
the proportion was 18.8% in 2014.
The annual conference offers a platform for all kinds of
companies in the IC industry chain to exchange information and explore the
opportunity to cooperate in the aspects like technology, market, application,
investment etc. and plays an important role in promoting industry amalgamation
and enhancing national competitive advantages.
During the annual conference, delegates of HFSID met with
many industry experts and enterprisers, which will help Hefei to enlarge its popularity
in the IC industry.
