On
December 23, 2015, Wang Xing, Deputy Mayor of Hefei visited National IC Design
Shenzhen Industrial Center and Administration Center of Shenzhen IC Design
Industrial Center, accompanied by Chen Mingyi, Deputy Director of Hefei
Municipal Bureau of Science of Technology and the head of HFSID.

Shengming, Director of Administration Center of Shenzhen IC Design Industrial
Center introduced the development process, operating experience etc. to Wang
Xiang. Wang Xiang stated that Hefei ICC which is under construction will learn
the matured experience and practice from National IC Design Shenzhen Industrial
Center after he asked detailed questions about the basic ideal, management
measures, cooperating models etc. of the center.
National
IC Design Shenzhen Industrial Center is founded on December 29th of
2001, which is approved by Ministry of Science and Technology of China and the
Administration Center of Shenzhen IC Design Industrial Center is responsible
for its construction, operation and management. The center is an important
carrier for Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China and
National Development and Reform Commission to implement the IC design programs
in the Twelfth Five-Year Plan and National Science and Technology Mayor Plan.
Meanwhile, the center has been working as a platform to undertake various resources
from the national, provincial and municipal levels and integrate resources from
government, industry, university, research institute and market to boost the
development of China’s IC design industry.
