On November 8,
2013, the 25th Anniversary Celebration of Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing
Corporation of Shanghai (ASMCS) & ASMCS Development Forum was held at
Shanghai. About 200 guests from the IC industry of both China and overseas,
including experts, managers and special guests attended the event. Ph. D Chen
