HFSID Visited Shanghai Industrial μTechn

On May 14, 2015, delegatesfromHFSID paid a visit to Shanghai Centre of
Internet of Things and Shanghai Industrial μTechnology Research Institute
(SITRI), and had a deep communication with Yang Xiao, director of SITRI. Yang
Xiao introduced to delegates of HFSID the background, technical advantages and
current business scopes of SITRI. HFSID and SITRI had a deep discussion on the
direction of future cooperation.
The Shanghai Industrial μTechnology Research Institute (SITRI) was
established by the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Shanghai government to focus
on the development and commercialization of 'More than Moore' technology. SITRI
is based on an open engagement model that encompasses an 8” MtM micro-fabrication
line augmented by a consortium of industry production and R&D lines,
state-of-the-art R&D facilities, engineering services and market
intelligence, supply-chain partners, industry trade association participation,
as well as dedicated investment funds.
