On June 18, 2015, HFSID and Hefei Consortium of
Integrated Circuits Technology Innovation cooperated with Synopsys holding an EDA
Software Seminar in Hefei Hi-tech Industry Development Zone. Yuan Cheng, Associate
Consultant of Hefei Municipal Bureau of Technology and Science & President
of Hefei Consortium of Integrated Circuits Technology Innovation, Tao Hong,
President of HFSID and Feng Xiang, Senior Manager of Anhui Sales of Synopsys
attended the seminar and gave a speech respectively. Delegates from about 20 IC
design companies in Hefei including MediaTek, Autochips, Ingenic, Lontium etc.
attended the seminar.
On the seminar, technical staff from Synopsys
introduced the trend of EDA software to the attendees and gave reports on topics
like Synopsys IP solution, Galaxy Design Platform, analog/mixed-signal
verification solution, HW/SW verification continuum etc. After the seminar,
technical staff from Synopsys had a free and close communication with the
attendees.
The holding of the seminar plays an important role in
helping HFSID accumulating the experience of serving Hefei’s IC design
companies. In order to serve Hefei’s IC design companies better, HFSID will
match these companies’ demands and more serving activities will be offered in
