President of HFSID Attended “Opportunities and Challenges for Taiwan IC Industry Seminar”

September 30, 2015, Opportunities and Challenges for Taiwan IC IndustrySeminarwas
held at Taiwan Industrial Technology Research Institute. Tao Hong, President of
HFSID attended the seminar and gave a keynote speech.
A
series of keynote speeches were gave by industrial experts on the seminar,
which covered the topics like current status of global IC industry and
opportunities for Taiwan, current status of cross-strait IC industry and
challenges for Taiwan and strategies for Taiwan to face global talent
completion.
Tao
Hong delivered a speech on “Opportunities for IC Design Industry of the both
side of cross-strait and Hefei”. The speech introduced the status quo and trend
of Chinese Mainland’s IC design industry, current situation of Hefei’s IC
industry to the attendees; besides, the speech also gave some advices on how
can the cross-strait IC industry complement each other's advantages and achieve
common development.
