On
January 12, 2014, Hefei municipal government held a contract-signing ceremony for
the IC industry. Wu Cunrong, member of the
Standing Committee of Anhui Province and Secretary of Hefei
Municipal Committee, Zhang Qingjun, Mayer of Hefei and Ding Wenwu- the GM
of the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund met with the enterprise’s
representatives who attended the signing ceremony and attended the ceremony
together. Deputy Mayor Hanbing presided the contract-signing ceremony.
Wu
Cunrong said “the developing electronic information industry is an important
step for Hefei to achieve the aims of “innovation, transition and upgrading”.
In recent years, Hefei works hard to build itself as a national
industry cluster of IC and has obtained some remarkable achievement”. Wu
also said “Hefei has the advantages of convenient transportation, abundant scientific
and technological talent, perfect industrial policies and excellent
investment environment and all of these advantages are beneficial to develop
the IC industry in Hefei.”
During
the meeting, Mayor Zhang said “this contract signing ceremony plays an
important role for Hefei to grow its IC industry and build its national
industry cluster of IC. Hefei will keep offering good service standard for
the projects and strive to make every signing project early arrival and early
start”.
Ding
Wenwu, the GM of the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund said”
It’s delighted to see that Hefei determines to develop their IC industry and it
is responsible to say that Hefei is an ideal city to develop the IC industry
because of its advantages. Therefore, the National Integrated Circuit Industry
Investment Fund will deepen the cooperation with Hefei and assist Hefei to
development its IC industry better and better.
It is reported that
the total number of signatory enterprise were 25 and the investment amount was
13.8 billion yuan.
